Gerald is not big on snow. Back in Africa where Gerald hails from they don’t get much snow. He prefers the sun and warmer climates.

Lighting duck is more use to the bizarre weather of Colorado and didn’t mind the snow as much. His attempts to go swimming were thwarted by the ice but that didn’t stop him for having a go at it.
