I have never done much shooting in low light with my digital Canon 7D camera.  In the past I did quite a bit of shooting in low light with long exposures with my film camera using colour slide film and liked the results.  Long exposures with film result in reciprocity that causes interesting colour shifts.

I can now report that this is one area where digital fails.  There is no reciprocity in digital.  The long exposures I did were boring as hell.

Fortunately I had Macie along as my model and she made everything look good.
