We are in the Coloradoan:

• Bowling will be free from 12 noon to 4pm.
• Children are welcome at this event.
• Last call for dancers.  It’s now or never.

Update – 23 Jan:

Super yummy pizza will be provided by Falbo Brothers Pizza.  This is the only pizza I order for delivery in Fort Collins.  It is the bestest.

Update – 15 Jan:

The plan is for a six song set.  The first three songs will primarily be for photography.  The second three songs will be for video.  The song which we will primarily be interested in making a video for is Funnel Down as this is the song Spokes Buzz has included on their compilation CD and wants to promote.  You can listen to the song on Common Anomaly’s facebook page.

Keep in mind that as a videographer you will have access to all video footage and can mix a video to any of the songs you want.

People with iPhones and other ways to capture video – if you would like to contribute video to the project that would be fantastic.  We will have a computer on hand to download your video footage.

Are you a member of a dance team?  Wanna your dance team to be part of the video?  Hit me up and let’s talk.

• Common Anomaly will start the performance at 1pm.

You! Videographers, photographers and audience members who want to have fun, meet new people and help promote Fort Collins musicians.

The Plan:

Have fun and create music videos and photography for the Fort Collins band Common Anomaly. Photos and video created at this event will be used by Spokes Buzz and Common Anomaly to promote Common Anomaly and the Fort Collins music scene.

We need photographers and videographers to create the media.

We need people to be in the audience for the shoot.

Fun Stuff:

Everyone who shoots video will have access to the video footage shot by each of the other videographers. From this video collective you can edit a video which fits your vision.

Free music.

Ten lanes of free bowling, six people per lane, first come first serve.

Free domestic drafts (one per person with registration), chips and salsa.

Legal Stuff:

Videographers:

• All video and audio you record of the band in performance must be made available to other videographers for use in creating videos.
• When your video is created you must credit all videographers who’s footage you use. Also credit Common Anomaly (duh), Spokes Buzz and Chippers.
• You must make the video available to those videographers who contributed footage, Common Anomaly and Spokes Buzz for their use.

Audience:

• Must register to participate and sign a release for the distribution of your image.

Importantness:

Planning is still in process to iron out details – save the date and plan to be there.
